Capital Publications
Ripoff, misleading web site, did not deliver what I ordered D.C

Miscellaneous

I had been looking for somebody to help with a grant and this site promised they would do that! When I received the first package, I was very disappointed because I did not get what I ordered. The package I ordered stated that they have a grant team that will process grants for me and send them to me via priority mail for my info and signature.

That is not what I got. I got a list of grant givers and some examples of what I had to do. There was also a paper in there telling me that I had to do all the work that I had already paid for them to do. I called them and reported that I did not get the correct package. It took 5 emails and 4 calls to even get a response. They sent me another package and it was the same thing! But this time there was a blank application and a cd. With the cd, you were able to duplicate the applications and send them to whom ever, but when I tried to duplicate, it was impossible to do and be able to read them. They had already been stamped approved and had stamp marks all over them. There was nothing for me to sign, nothing wanting my info, it is useless.

I emailed them again and again and still no esponse to make this right. I paid 89.95 for the package and an extra 25 dollars for the Fed Ex service. It ended up coming priority mail for just under 5 dollars. I have been a victim of fraud and these people will not make it right.
