VirtuVites
AmericanNutrition ordered a nootropic off their website (Priority Mail 2-3 day shipping) - 9 US Mail days later, have not received package. Phone call & emails not answered

Health & Medicine

I ordered a nootropic - Aniracetam bulk powder - off their website (USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day shipping) on 2/22 - got an email from "chris@virtuvites.com" on 2/23 that the package was going to be shipping that day.

Given the Priority Mail shipping method I selected (Priority Mail ships in 2-3 days), I would have expected the package on the 25th at the latest.

It is now 3/4 - 9 US Mail days later, and I have not received the package.

I called their main number 2 to 3 times throughout this period of time. They did not answer the phone on any of these calls. I left a detailed message with a callback number on the 2nd / 3rd try but have not heard anything back from them.

I have also e-mailed chris@virtuvites.com and sales1@americannutrition.com 5 times in this time period and never got a response back from either address.

I took a risk ordering this product given the other negative review for VirtuVites on usacomplaints.com. Don't take the same risk.

I have filed a claim with my bank to get my money back.
