Our company was hired by Johannes Stark 214-607-6325 to chip time her 2009 Boot Scootin Santa 5K Run in Carrollton. The 5K running race took place in McInnish Park in Carrollton on December 19 at 8:00 A.M. We timed this race for her last year.
We provided a service to Johannes and provided her the results to her race immediately following the end of the race. We also helped her with registration and awards as an extra because her lack of volunteers for the race. Her lack of volunteers and marking of the course also caused confusion amond the runners and half the racers ran the wrong way.
We completed the race and asked for a check. She forgot her checkbook! So, with no money in hand we billed her for our services. Our invoices are net 15. Because we had timed this race for Johannes last year, we did not ask for an upfront deposit. She has sponsors for this race, so she received $ from them as well and still refuses to pay us. She owes us $1,000.00.
She has not returned any of our calls, emails or requests for payment. It is now over a month and a half and we have had no contact with her. We even went to her home to collect the payment, but she did not answer the door. She has been offered the opportunity to pay with a credit card, but no response. We have asked her to at least send us $500 as a good faith payment. Her voice mail says "God Bless". What kind of Christian would not pay her debts to people who provided a service to them. She is a thief hiding behind the veil of Christianty. She also has a site called Dream Achievers, LLC. Where she gets $ for teaching. Also, she is an educator who takes $ for her services. WATCH OUT! Don't let her get a hold of your money, as you may see not return for it.
