Charged my credit card and NEVER sent what I ordered after 7 months!

I ordered a car from race-depot.com in June. My credit card was charged at the time of the order.
The confirmation stated the car would be delivered within 5-10 business days. 7 months later I still have not received anything.

I have sent numerous emails to the customer service department but never received any response. I turned them into the Better Business Bureau in September.
Race-depot responded to the BBB and said they would send the car from a third party vendor and I should receive it within a few weeks. Nothing was ever received.
I have since tried to contact them but have received no reply. The BBB has also followed up with them to no avail. They're a complete scam!!!
