Race-Depot double invoiced me in Dec for merchanise that I have never received. They no longer respond to my emails Internet

I placed an order on the internet with Race-Depot in December for Dale Earnhardt Jr die cast cars. When I placed the order the items were listed as in stock. I checked the next day and they were listed as back-ordered.

When I received my Visa invoice in January Race-Depot.com had doubled billed my Visa account.

I have e. Mails where they recongized their mistake and promised to correct this... (I have kept all my e. Mails to and from Race-Depot.com)

In May through e. Mails I ordered other items which again "were in stock" and was to ship the week of May 12.

The last correspondence I received for Race-Depot.com was June 8. They are no longer responding to my e. Mails.

I am so very upset. This is the first and last time I order ANYTHING from ANYONE using the internet... Lesson Learned.
