Three job applications submitted but not hired, believes race is reason

If I was a different race i would get hired. I submitted 3 applications online and one at the actually at the wal-mart superstore. I just don't understand that if I put that I can work any hours and any days and any shift why i wouldn't get hired? Simple: my race.
