Sears Roebuck
Charged $119.19 on my VISA statement without any knowledge of this or authorization. No city

On my Oct. 2009 VISA statement, I was charged $119.19 by Sears Roebuck and is listed under a "Promotional Offer ID FLHQ-MRWRD."

I never shop at Sears and have no credit card with them. The phone listed under this transaction is 800-676-5543. Called the number and was told to handle this with PSCRECT@SearsHC.com. Apparently there is no such site. Phoned them back and was informed to "handle this with Sears."

Sears searched their computer for the transaction and found nothing.
