They took $32.99 off my debit card and I don't even know nothing about them and haven't ever heard of them. When I call them they ssaid they could not give my money back to me

I had a unusual transaction on my debit card. So i looked on the computer at my transactions and eMusic had took $32.99 off my card. I do not know anything about eMusic and have never heard of them until now.
I call them and they say that it was a free trial of music downloads and was from a cell phone. I am very upset because i did not make the transaction. That money is for my kids.
I have a hard time suppling the needs for my kids and then they take that off my card without permission and that's going to make it even harder.
Something needs to be done about this company. I have never got any music downloads or anything from that site.
I would like to have my money back that's all the money i get a month and i have 5 children and it's hard when some jerks take money that their not suppose to.
