Viv3 Ltd
GoodLife, AmazingLife Cleanse your wallet, not your colon

Miscellaneous

Free samples end up costing $120 US, even though the ads all say $3.95. The company offers a free trial that you can cancel if you aren't happy. However, if you cancel after 15 days from the time you place the order, you are responsible for the total cost of these completely useless capsules (filled with sawdust and mouse dung, for all I can tell) at $120. This information is in the fine print, after you have actually hit SEND. The scam comes in when you realise they don't ship the order until it is impossible for you to tell they're garbage. Mine arrived 21 days after ordering, postmarked 10 days after I had placed the order. Then there is the 30 day money back guarantee. When I tried to claim my money back under that provision, the company assured me that my thirty days had run out, simply because their system showed that it had. Even the fact that I have a dated email from them, telling me exactly when they got my cancellation cannot sway them from their version of the truth. My credit card company's fraud department "speaks to them everyday" and always with the same result - VIV 3 Ltd has put as many obstacles in the way as possible, ensuring that the gullible consumer will end up paying huge amounts of money for nothing.
