Obbed of £300 by viv 3 labs

I ordered life cleanse and acai berryfrom viv3 labs as part of their so called free trial on 28/6/09. It took 8 and 10 days for both items to arrive. I had not seen the charges involved in the small print or the check box that stated that i agreed to their t & c`s. I was subsequently charged £75.08 x 2 from my credit card account on 16/7/09. I tried to contact viv3 by phone on 3 occasions without success so emailed twice without result. I then managed to get through to customer services on 3/8/09 and cancelled the subscription which i never ordered. I was refused a refund but was given a cancellation number. I decided the same day to put it in writing via email quoting my number. I also complained that i did not order the product and requested once again a refund. I received a reply stating my subscription had been cancelled but had been sent a further supply and would be charged again. I had contacted my credit card company who, although sympathetic, could not refund me but would try and stop further withdrawals by this company after the cancellation date. I am now approximately £300 poorer with only some fake pills to show for it.
