They do not honor their warranty big lie, so buyer beware poor quality glasses coatings come off within 6 months

This is a company out of China that you wouldnt know by looking at their website they have a very professional looking website, but thats where the professionalism ends. They state on their webpage that they have a 100% satisfaction guarante for 12 months for eyeglasses frames, lens and lens coatings are also covered by this warranty. Well after about 6 months the lens coating started to come off making the glasses very annoying to wear so I contacted them by email. Their reply was word for word, (Thank you for your promt reply. If the user have good way to wear the eyeglasses can last many year. If they wear it in a bad condition, it truly can't last a long time. We can provide customers with the replacement for our fault only. Sorry for that, best reguards,) I guess because I live in North Carolina I am in a bad condition? So there is no 100% satisfaction guarante and no 12 month warranty, if there is a problem it is automaticly your fault. The only mistake I made was ordering from them in the first place, so buyer beware do not make the same mistake I made. A warranty or guarante is only good if the company actually honors it, and GlassesShop Does Not.
