James Jordan Deceptive, unscrupulous business practices

This company uses networking websites such as facebook and twitter. The representatives will first befriend you. While on a telephone conversation they tell you about a great new company and positive results for a small investment. Then you are hooked to a conference call with a third party. You are promised a price of about $49.95 to try a product. Once you agree, you are charged $340.00 for a "distributorship" without your knowledge or at least it was without my knowledge. When i discovered the incident on my bank statement. I contacted the my first person of contact and told him i wanted out of this and my money returned. The assured me that that would be possible. I did it quickly so that no product would be shipped. I was told via phone that it was taken care of and that a customer service representative would contact me and to leave a time open to recieve a call. No call ever came. I called back, i was told my my person of contact James Jordan that they were going to do everything possible to help me out. The second person of contact whom was involved in the conference call. He is the pitchman and actually the real deceiver. D Both of these men assured me that everything was going to be taken care of.

I heard nothing. So i emailed xowii and complained, left my telephone number and the next day i received a call for xowii corporate office explaining to me that they were never alerted to my wishes. So for a week and a half i was left on the hook. The day the company called me, product showed up via UPS. UPS requires no signature, so they left it in my garage. It went unnoticed for a day. I called the company back and they informed me that they could cancell my "distributorship" which i never ordered. But I would have to fill out a 1Page termination/cancellation report. I did that, faxed it to them and refused the UPS packages. And those were returned. The company informed me that when they received the notice and the product they would refund my money.

They did refund my money, but they charged me shipping both ways at the cost of $60.00

The lied to me, left me on the hook for over a week on purpose then charged me for shipping both ways for a product i never wanted and refused
