Refuses to send what i paid for... Little to no comunacation. Sent used junk

I have never in my life been ran around the way this guy Dan has done to me. My first contact with him was on the first of november 09 and after a couple emails i purchesed over 300.00 dollars worth of new parts for a remote control truck i was building.
It has now been almost 3 months and i still have not recived over 140.00 dollars worth of my order. This joker has pulled every manuver you can think of: ie; playing stupid, Ignoring my emails, he even tryied the old (oh your emails somehow went to the deleted folder)
This guy won't even give you a phone number to contact him with nor does he publish it anywhere on his web site. I have tried every possible approch to this guy Dan i can think of without blowing my top.
All i want from this Jerk is My 2 battery packs and he also ows me a spur gear and heavey duty drive shafts that i ordered back in november And Paid for! Or a complete refund on those items.
