Company takes order, sends incomplete items with missing parts, never replies to emails or phone calls, and rips me off of 278 bucks

On April 14, I ordered 2 PLL Digital Tuning kits for the Alfredo Transmitter, which converts it from crystal operation to a frequency agile tuning transmitter. The PLL units also have an oscillator kit that goes with them. After waiting for 3 weeks for a backorder of the PLL units, they were finally sent, but without their necessary oscillators that are a vital part of the modifications to the Alfredo Transmitter. The oscillators were never sent when the PLL unites were sent. So after 3 more weeks of non-answered emails and 10 plus phone messages they never replied to, I finally got this "mike" fella answering the email about the missing oscillators. He even admitted that he forgot to include them when the PLL units were shipped.

Well, 3 more weeks later... The oscillators arrived. Oh boy! I can finally finish this project! But noooo!!! The oscillator units are missing two vital parts... The PC boards to mount the parts and solder them, as well as the assembly instructions for the entire kits.

I sent another email to mike about the missing parts for the oscillators... And never got a reply. Now their website appears to be offline.

I am sitting here with 278 dollars worth of useless product because Kenneke did not fulfill the order completely, and refuses to answer my emails and phone calls.

All this company had to do was simply send me what I paid for... 2 complete PLL digital tuning kits. But nope... Now I am out 278 dollars, as well as a contract job because one of these was for a client.

Total loss - 278 price of kits, 300 contract job - TOTAL 578.00

Now all I want is what I paid for. I dont expect to recover the loss of the contract, but at least recover either the missing parts to the kits, or a full refund.
