Beware they will burn ya~

The bot was a one time billed and now they switch it with out warning to monthly billed, sounds like someone is greedy. And their bot is buggy it crashes at random times. And dont get me started on the support they are newbies, as in there best fix is uninstall and install. Okay but if there is a bug deep inside code that will not help..

I was told there nothing they could do. But yet i still get billed. I never once got offer a refund or credits..

Also there "helpers" are power controlling freaks, if they talk shit about u and u try to defend ur self they will just ban ya. Or kick u for no reason. And now they will not let u hang out in chat. Hmm is that cuz they dont want there customers to know others is having problems too? Yeah this company has alot to learn about how to treat there paying customers..

And now that they cant help me they banned me so i cant enter the chat. Still my bot doesnt work. So i will just cancel. And i suggest anyone who is looking for a bot to stay away from mobsterplus.com they will burn ya totally! And if ur still there. Itz only a matter of time before u get burned..
