Green Dot Card
Does not refund money or answer phone

I was given a $200 card as a gift. After reading their terms, I called and asked for a refund. They said they would mail it to me. It's now over six weeks later and have not received a check. Calls to customer service are answered by an auto attendant. It says the card number is not valid, call back when I have the right information. Cannot get through to a live person. Very frustrating. There are plenty of VISA or AMEX gift cards out there. Don't use greendot.
