We have been with this loan company for 5 years and have never been late and we hit a hard spot husband was working and went 6 weeks with out a paycheck we had spoken to the manager of this company about our situation and she was not understanding we have tried to give them what we can to prove that we are trying to pay but do not have the money for the full payment and it was refused, we were told that either the whole payment or none and they are going to atatch my husbands check to get their money, these loan company's should understand when people can't change what has happened exspecially if they are still trying to make a payday and they go to the office and try to make arrangements to make the payment and get caught up, also i have went in a couple of times and the manager let me (husbands wife) refinance his loan before we filed a power of attorney with said lender, now the manager tells my husband that she is tearing up the power of attorney that they have filed with his contract and that she will not speak to me about the loan only him and he can't be in town that often as he drives 48 states and i am the one the makes the payments.
