Rude unfair business practice

Well i got a loan from World Acceptance Corporation. I made my payments on time every month. Well my JOb cut my hours, and i fell into hard times. Now for the good part abput this Company. I offered two Partial payments to make one payment towards the middle of the month. The manager told me (NO) we can do not that and mailed my check back to me. I said okay. I got a payment for them gave to them now they added 20$ more to the payment. Now this makes it a Partial payment again we CAN not ACCEPT Partial payments, back to square 1!
So i tryed to get caught be after they refused my partial payments due to the late fees i could not afford to pay. Next thing i know i am going to court over this. I tryed to argue in court but i lost the case. Well now they did a pay Garnishment aginst me.
I am fine with that. Well friday 3/19/10 was suppose to be the last Granishment for 42.41$ they end up taking 120.14$ the human resources lady at my JO told me she has to Continue taking 100$ a week until World acceptance Corp sends her the release to stop taking money! NOW is this legal once they got the total blance owed? / judgement amount. To keep taking money? Will they have to pay me back for all extra money taken after the blance was paid in full? The Manager
was unhelpful towards me he was rude, and told me il send the relase when i am good and ready to teach people like you a lesson to pay back what you owe. I said are'nt you in violation of the law? The court paper work said 1020.14$ its been paid back and then some.By law do they have to give m back the extra they took from me?
Any help how to get them to give my JOb the release of this Granishment.
Now i am back on 40 hours a week. Any one i can turn to for help?
