I just got the new catalog from Penneys. Try to order dinner ware from Pfaltzgraff for my daughters first apartment. The picture had the price of 24.99... Which is what drew my attention to the item. The price was again on the right side of picture but when I put in the order SKU... in my shopping bag. That price would not come up.
Called corporate they said they would call me back... Which they did... Said she would give my info to a corporate manager... Which they did... Talked with coporate manager... Said she would get back to me.
GUESS WHAT... She had a flunky call me with a NO... Come on... Show some gumption... Call me back yourself or you should have told me NO in the first place. I am a VIP of penneys... Or should say WAS... Very very disappointed. I was a VIP... Have spent upwards of 4,000 dollars this last year furnishing my home with accessories... Accessories mind you... Not even furniture. They just raised my limit to. Guess you could say I qualify as a good customer... No honor...
