Damaged my frig during delivery - Sears Home Delivery Specialists

We have bought several appliances from Sears, they never get arrive undamaged. We purchased a new Samsung refrigerator (Sears Item# 04680069000 | Model# RFG297AABP). During delivery the guys bumped the doop and knock one of the bins off. The called and requested replacement bin. After they left I noticed that there were several huge sratched under the ice dispenser. I called and the person I spoke to insisted that I keep the frig and they would send me $200, in gift certificates. Needless to say I have a damaged frig which they refuse to correct and no compensation. I havde called twice and both times they had to investigate and they were going to get back with me in 48 hours. I have never received a call.
