To Who It May Concern, how are you today? In the past I've purchased multiple items from your company. On December 21, I've purchased with order #880 for a Quad Band Touch Screen Cellphone - 2.4Ghz Wireless Mini Camera Receiver & Recorder (M-19) - SKU: OWCP-M19 from you company. At that time of payment, the item in order #880 costs $89.99 and $42.80 for UPS Express Shipping of this item. So total amount I paid via PayPal for order #880 is 132.79. Approximately a couple hours later, I've re-visited your website again and decided to buy the Power Strip Hidden GSM Sim Monitor Device - Spy Audio ear Bug - SKU: OWPSSAB01 for $45.99 in order #883. The shipping was free for this item. Because I needed both these items urgently, I wanted to have both shipped via UPS Express, but the problem was that both these items were purchased in different transactions, so I was afraid to have to pay expensively 2x UPS Express Shipping fee to have both these items shipped because they weren't paid in one transaction. I then contacted Robert in dropship inquiries to be assisted in getting both the items shipped together in one shipment for a lower UPS Express Shipping fee than if they were shipped separate. Below are some records of messages exchanged between Robert and I as I still have the email record if you require for proof.
Message: 1Order Instructions/CommentsHello and how do you do? Thank you for your service. Please kindly inspect my items because I have to leave the US soon and it would be very hurtful for me if I unluckily get a bad one. Sincere thanks to you for your time and understanding:)

Order Instructions/CommentsHello and how are you? Just recently, I've been helped by Robert and he had instructed me to request that this item be shipped together with an item I've purchased a short while ago (order ID is #880 Quad Band Touch Screen Cellphone - 2.4Ghz Wireless Mini Camera Receiver&Recorder (M-19) OWCP-M19) via UPS Express.in addition, I was also instructed to summit $10 via PayPal to payment@onsources.com in order to cover for the addition item's UPS Express shipping fee. Please kindly inspect this item for defects because I need to take this item overseas on my vacation soon. Thank you once again for your consideration. - Khoa Truong P.S. I registered with onsources.com by the email: ducboitoi82@yahoo.com, however, my paypal email is: hearts_of_champ@yahoo.com
I've also have payment records from PayPal to your company and Live Chat screenshot of the conversation between Robert and I if you require. (I did not want to complicate things with so much material in this small message box)
Once I informed Robert regarding my situation of wanting a combined express shipping to save some money, within minutes of our live chat, Robert informed me something about the company manufacturing the Quad Band Touch Screen Cellphone - 2.4Ghz Wireless Mini Camera Receiver & Recorder (M-19) - SKU: OWCP-M19 in order #880 has just ran out-of-stock, after I had paid for it. As minutes passed in our live chat conversation, Robert then told me that he found another manufacturer that still have in stock this item, but they were selling it for a much higher price (approx. $180) At that point I knew something was extraordinary wrong because I paid your company $89.99 for the item in order #880 and then was informed that it was out of stock and that another company that supplies OnSources.com has it for $180... Meaning I have to pay $180 instead of the $89.99 that was just paid to your company for the same item. Well, the supplier that does not have the item I paid for in stock is not my bussiness, more or less, problem. Once I agreed to pay $89.99 for that item from your website, and $42.80 for its Express Shipping, I expect the integrity of your company to follow through. But Robert basically led me around with stories which should have not concerned me, and then ultimately he suggested that I need to pay $180 if I still want that item. At that time I had a good idea of the illegitimacy of the situation, that perhaps the $89.99 that was listed that caught my attention in the beginning and then I paid via PayPal to OnSources.com for was perhaps a typo or mistake on your company's behalf because that price was relatively cheap. When I contacted Robert about my situation and gave him my order #880, he probably caught that mistake and tried to make up for that mishap by telling me that it was out of stock but another company has the same item in stock but for $180. Your company listed the item for $89.99 for that item and I paid that price with an express shipping fee of $42.80 and that was the contract between your company and I. I need not to know how much your company gets the item for or where you get it from, I just know that I just paid $89.99 for it, not be led around with stories and ultimately having to pay $180 for the exact same item I just paid for. It just happens that I was desperate to obtain the item; I coped with this little wrong doing that was imposed upon me. The price cannot be adjusted for an item after I paid for it. Am I wrong for that statement? But Robert, a representative from your company, has violated these principles. But since I needed the item, I had to yield, though I'm very unsatisfied. So now according to Robert: I just paid $89.99 for Quad Band Touch Screen Cellphone - 2.4 GHz Wireless Mini Camera Receiver & Recorder (M-19) - SKU: OWCP-M19 and Express Shipping for $42.80Totaling to $132.79 in order #880Then I wanted to purchase the Power Strip Hidden GSM Sim Monitor Device - Spy Audio ear Bug - SKU: OWPSSAB01 for $45.99 and it's free shipping, but I wanted it to be shipped together with the item in order #880 to share the benefit of express shipping, so Robert said I can do that but I would have to first pay $45.99 for the Power Strip through OnSources.com website (Order #883), and then, to separately send an extra $10 via PayPal to cover for the addition of the Power Strip to be shipped together as express with the item in order #880. Next, Robert was confirmed that I just went through the website to pay $45.99 for that Power Strip in order #883.By this time, $132.79 from Order #880, $45.99 from Order #883, and $10 to have both items shipped then same time as express, I have paid your company a total of $188.68By this time I was rest assured that I was going to get both of my items shipped via Express, then all of a sudden, Robert came up with his story (deception), or attempts to deceive and trick me. Upon patiently waiting and confirming that I just spent $188.68, he told me sorry and then said that OnSources' supplier just ran out of the item in order #880, but another supplier has the same item in stock for $180. Why would he tell me that when OnSources and I had agreed for me to have that item for only $89.99 when I submitted my payment earlier? Like I said, because I needed the item fast, so I had to yield though I knew that Robert was trying cover up the possible mistake in the website's pricing by tricking me, a potential client. Anyway, so I was tricked to believe his story at that moment so I agreed to pay $180 for the item in order #880. Robert states that $180 would cover that item and its Express shipping at no extra charge in hopes of compensating for the troubles.By the way, for some reason that day the conversation between Robert and I kept getting disconnected every few messages we exchanged. Several dozen times I had to re-summit in order to talk with Robert. Our disrupted conversation lasted almost 4 hours due to what Robert apologized for and states, bad server at your company's location. So because of that wrongful and deceptive maneuver, I have to pay $180 for just the item in Order #880, and since my total payment to your company that time was $188.68, and that I was $8.68 over, instead of a refund, Robert offered as a bonus to give me 2 batteries for the phone in order #880. It was later that I found out that from the manufacturer of the phone in order #880 had always included 2x White Batteries and 1x Black Battery with hidden pinhole cam inside in their packaging. Basically, Robert just again deceived me in believing that I was getting a bonus battery for that $8.68 that I've over paid instead of giving me a refund for it. Now I know that the package always had included 2x power batteries and there were no bonus. It was just a lie so that the $8.68 did not have to be refunded. Even if it was refunded, I was still over-paying compared to the original $89.99 that your website had listed the item for.in summary, I was misled and was paying $188.68 for just the item in order #880 and its express shipping. I was not going to get the item in order #883 Power Strip Hidden GSM Sim Monitor Device - Spy Audio ear Bug - SKU: OWPSSAB01, unless I send via PayPal an extra $69.99. The item in order #883 only costs $45.99, which was what I agreed to pay for in order #883, but now because of this bad deed by Robert, I have to pay $69.99 in order to have it shipped together with the Quad Band Touch Screen Cellphone - 2.4Ghz Wireless Mini Camera Receiver & Recorder (M-19) - SKU: OWCP-M19. I have overpaid for both these items according to the receipt of the 2 transactions I made from your website for these items. These items were shipped on December 23 and arrived on Dec 28 via FedEx (tracking#869572285550) Once received I immediately checked the item to make sure that the items were working. When the White phone battery and the Black battery w / hidden pinhole camera were fully charged, I test the items. The phone works great; it was able to receive signals and video images from the Pinhole Camera inside the Black battery to the phone. Feeling at eased thinking that everything is working properly, I put the package away until I need to use it. A few weeks later I decided I want to test the use of the covertness of the phone and black hidden camera battery. The conclusion of that test ended in failure. I turned on the black hidden camera battery and hid it in a covert location; meanwhile, I lifted the antenna on the phone so that it would receive signals. A little bit past half-hour, I looked at the phone and was disappointed to see only a blue screen instead of video images. The next day as soon as the black hidden-camera battery was fully charged, I tested the product again at home and was extremely shocked and startled to realize that I was sent a defective item, after I clearly state and requested in my messages for the items to be thoroughly inspected and tested to eliminate possible flaws because at that time period I need to take those items outside of the US, that's why it was important for me to get those items as soon as possible. Now my trip is canceled. The defect is that the Black hidden-camera battery only lasts for about 3 minutes, even from a full charge. The first day I received the package and the first time I tested it, I just made sure it was working, that the Phone and Camera could send and receive images, and that the phone can make calls. The second time I tested this item I realized that the black hidden-camera battery ran out, but I just thought that it ran out because it was turned on for about 45 minutes. I was suspicious, so the next day after making sure that everything was fully charged; I realized that even after a full charge, the black hidden-camera battery lasts for only 3 minutes after a few hours of charging. That is just not right and the problem is that your employee had failed to check the items properly like I've requested. Besides, no nanny cam lasts for only 3 minutes. This is ridiculous. I've contacted Robert shortly after this incident, and he gave me some other story and was irrelevant to me. He never offered me a solution. That day, I contacted him over a dozen times, again, after many disconnections from the livechat screen. I finally gave up when live chat was no longer available. It seems that I cannot be helped through this live chat with Robert. Firstly, the livechat connection gets disconnected constantly. Literally every few messages exchange, or at best, it does not stay connected for longer than a few minutes. Today, please give me options of how our business can be resolved. Thank you kindly for your time. If you require any further information from me please don't hesitate to contact me. As of now, I'm stuck with an item sold by your company that is dead-on-arrival (DOA) against the 1-year warranty. Please allow me to have something that is properly working as soon as possible with compensation for lost times because I have not been able to use this item or give me a full refund. Thank you.
