Wrong items shipped on first order, no full refund

First order that was made with these guys got the wrong item sent. After finally getting return instructions we send it back and don't hear anything for almost 2 weeks. When we get the refund it is only for the cost of the item, not the amount we paid for shipping which on this one item was almost $40 to go both ways. It was their mistake and they should be responsible for this. They gave a total run around even when it came to getting the cost of the item back.
