Stole $2,000.00 from me

I paid $2,000.00 in a cashier check on Febuary 26 for a service they did not provide. A Modification on two properties. I was told it would take 45-60 days, and that I qualify due to my hardship. I had a BIG financial hardship happen to me. Also the property values dropped big time. Loans were to high of a balance owed for what property was worth and, I was (and still am) at a high intrest rate of 6.85%. On one and 8.5% on another. Well as I write to you today the Modification NEVER happened. With all the time wasted due to DC Financial I had other options I could have done, which now I can't. They STOLE my last bit of money (MY $2,000.00). I want ALL my hard earned money back. They should be ashamed of what they did to me. Tom said it was a 100% money back guarntee if I did not get my Modification. L did not get anything. The only thing I got was robbed of my money.
