I paid $2000.00 for modification on 2 protpeties on 02/24/09 due to hardship and now were into Nov. 2009. All I got was a run around for 9 months. There was a 100% money back guarantee if modification did not happen??? DC never got it done and will not refund my money. They dont answer calls or e-mails I am very upset I sold all my assets to keep my payments current as THEY requsted now I have no more assets to cash in on. I did not get my modification due to being CURRENT. I am in a bad Financial Hardship that I feel 9 months were wasted where something could have been done. My assets were sold for alot less then I paid. I want my $2000.00 back and all my personal information they had me provid back and destoryed.
