Didn't provide loan modification and can't get my money back

EQ Group promised a money back guarentee if they could not work out a modification for me with my mortgage company.

We sent them $3500.00 in October now after they turned this matter over to a company called EQ Financial to try to work out a short sale and they failed.

I am now being told they (EQ Financial) will TRY to contact EQ Group to have them contact me.

If you are out there please lets get together and nail these people!!!
