Boat held hostage! Ripped off for $1000.00! Nothing was fixed! Rippoffs!

Way back in May I damaged my boat. I was referred to Reflection Custom Painting by a local fishing website. I talked to Skip, the owner, and he assured me that he could fix my boat before an upcoming fishing tournament. I brought my boat to his shop and left it. The estimate was for approx. $7,000. I made it very clear that I needed the boat in 3 weeks. Skip said he'd "get it done and it would look better than new". I checked weekly on the status of boat repairs and drove by a couple of times... Nothing was being done. I talked to Skip, and he started to give me lame excuses about his personal life and the run around.
Things started to drag on. We had words and Skip told me to come and get my boat. I went to pick up the boat the bill was over $1000.00. All he did was pull out some crushed foam. I was forced to pay cash. I was charged for 2 hours of labor to take off a trailer side guide... The trailer was brand new! I told Skip that "I new that he was ripping me off, and I'd never forget this". There is way more to this story than I can go into detail about. Bottom line is... I WAS RIPPED OFF BY Reflections Custom Paint in Santee, California. I was going to sue Skip in small claims court, but I waited too long. Please warn fellow consumers about this ripp-off establishment and thank you! Rippoff Report!
