I have been trying to get a home modification through Chase for the last year. This the third packet I am completing in hopes of getting some type of resolution. The first packet was never received. The second was on file but no answer.in speaking to a collector from Chase today, they recommended to resubmit my packet. This last year has been a struggle, and Chase collectors are good about making their daily calls, but not once I have received a response on the status of my home modification.

They say they want to help but, there actions seem different. I guess they must want to take my home which is 157% LTV. You would think it would be beneficial for Chase to help me keep my home versus taking it away and then selling it at taking a loss.
