The sears service representative was courteous, friendly and very patient w/my questions. Jeff [0004572] was very knowledgable w/product and went out of his way to explain how to care for my unit for a long operarating life. He cleaned the tv before and after to minimize dust and extreneous debris then re-checked everything to be sure that the unit was fine and that i was satisfied with the service. He was of the highest of professionalisn and even kind to my pet parrot. I'd reccomend him to anyone.
