In July I quit claimed my house to Wilshire Holding. BAC shows on our credit reports that we owe 7032.00 on the house and it's paid off

In July my husband and I sold our home via quit claim to Wilshire Holding Group. I called the Solano County tax assessor to make sure (that is the county in California we used to live in) and they stated that Wilshire Holding owned the home. It was recorded with the tax assessor on August 31. The end result is that BAC/Countrywide continues to send us harassing letters and all three of our credit reports show we owe over 7000.00 on a house we sold over seven months ago. When I call BAC, they say the money is owed. Obviously, the right hand does not know what the left is doing. Now, I have the chore of repairing my credit. Nobody should do business with BAC/Countrywide aka Bank of America Mortgage unless they want to get ripped off!!!
