Wilshire Credit Corp
Wilshire Credit has lied and ripped me off and I think they should be banned from any business, everyone needs to get rid of them if possible ripoff

My husband and I went through Ameriquest Morgage Company, and when we signed the papers for closing they said don't be surprised if your loan gets sold.

Not even 2 weeks we recieved papers stating our loan got bought by Wilshire, I have feeling that Ameriquest an Wilshire were connected in the first place.

Well we got behind on July's payment, told them we'd work something out, then I went to send August payment an they sent it back, rejecting it.

Then they called my husband at work an one of his friend (not anymore) took the call and said we were trying to refinance and after that Wilshire never returned my calls.

I turned to a company called HomeSavers USA that's suppose to help save our home. They ended up makin thing worse. I got rid of them and Wilshire started returning my calls.

But they keep saying they want all this money like over 8,000.00

I'm like if I could do that I would have my loan paid off but i don't have that money. So now I'm lost at what to do. I want to save my home.

But how can I afford all that cash? They say we have time but the forecloser is already on our credit report so I'm at a loss. I talked to a laywer anD he said just let it go thro forecloser. Any thoiughts would be appreciated.

As of now i'm going to start my own action against wilshire to see what happens.
