Wilshire unfair for short sales

I purhcased a property in murrieta, california, I also owned another home in fallbrook, california, I lost my job in the mortgage business and I thought I should try and sell my house in murrieta that was serviced by wilshire, I then moved back to my other house in fallbrook, I then listed the house with a real estate company kepted the house up in murrieta so I can sell it on a short sell, wilshire did nothing but say that inorder for them to ok the short sale I had to sign a note and place it on my fallbrook property my real estate agent told them no as I was having issue just making my payments on my fallbrook house wilshire then hired someone to come to my house in fallbrook which they came with no business card to try and get information from me I told him to leave my property which he would not do I then contacted my agent and he advised him to get off my property, I did everything in my power to keep up the property to sale it my agent did everything to get in contact with wilshire only to have the door closed on him my agent also made a complaint with the FTC for the treats they made againist me, I had so many offer on the table but wilshire would not except one of them so I lost the home and now my credit is ruined wilshire will not help no one out if you have a second with wilshire and your thinking about doing a short sale forget it all they do is take your information from your short sale package and use it against you just call the bank and give the keys back as wilshire will just toy with you
