Sold a car to me that needed more repair than what was paid for the car itself

I recently bought a 1986 nissan 300zx from the dealership Jax Auto Wholesale about late august early september. I had a 2000 cadillac sls with 150k miles on it and ran like a dream.
I traded my cadillac in for this 86 300zx nissan on an even trade and the zx needed more money to be put into it than what it is worth. Also an even trade is an even trade which means no money out of your pocket that you owe no money on the car. They are charging me 117 for tax tag and title on what was supposed to be an even trade.
I strongly suggest that you do your best to keep away from this dealer they will rip you off and sell you a car that is worth 1/4 of what they sell it to you for.
