Waste of Time, Plain & Simple!

I test drove a vehicle and loved it! Went home and looked up pricing on Vehix.com, contacted my salesman at Luther Nissan Kia and made an offer over the phone, and told them about my trade. We went over some preliminary numbers on the phone, the sales guy agreed that we are certain to make the deal work at the price I had offered... Pending inspection of my trade-in (which is in mint condition.) I told the sales person to NOT waste my time, and to tell me if it wasn't going to work at that price. Sales person said no problem, and that they were certain we were going to make the deal at that price.

Sales person said to come in and show the trade, and close the deal.

Went in, spent an hour waiting for someone to "evaluate" my trade. Finance guy comes in and says my trade is worth half of what the book value says, and then tells me that we are just way to far apart on the numbers to make a deal.

I drove 20 miles to get to their dealership, wasted an hour and a half of my time, and my wife even took off work early to go to the dealership.

Luther Nissan Kia will WASTE YOUR TIME. They will promise you everything on the phone, but when you get to the dealership it's a different story.

I learned my lesson. And never again will I go back!!!
