Online banking lacks real-time processing and causes NSF fees

Simply put, SunTrust is not to be trusted. Online banking misleads the consumer and subsequently generates NSFs for each transaction just past $.01! You can forget real-time processing... They do not use it! Their systems are not set up (on purpose, I think) to reflect real-time activity, and as such, you are expected to keep a manual ledger of your transactions. If that is the case, what is the point of online banking?! I am going back to my state credit union. They do not try to rip you off as SunTrust does.
