TV DVD Closeouts
I can find no address to return the horrible quality DVDs received from these people

Miscellaneous

I ordered what was supposedly a whole set of Dr. Who DVDs all the way back to the beginning of the series from this company. (The cost was $239.00). The order was placed online and there was never a confirmation. The second week of January, we received four flimsy boxes from China via USPS. There were no packing slips, receipts, return addresses or anything that would identify the source other than one small piece of paper written in Chinese. The quality was nonexistent. The DVDs are homemade and most won't even play in our equipment.

When the ripoff became obvious, I attempted to contact them via email and there was no response. I found the number of a person named Brenda Harris, who is somehow associated with them (250-275-5030) and after I mentioned mail fraud in my voice mail message, she called me back. She gave me the number of "Customer Support" (778-282-8099). The person there said he would email the return address for the videos. He never did. When I called back, he was abusive and obscene and told me he would be in business forever.

I protested to VISA, who says they can't refund the money so long as the videos are in my possession. So I'm having a friend who reads Chinese take a look at the piece of paper packed with the DVDs.

I have emailed the bbb in vancouver to seek their help. If you have ordered in the last couple of days from these people, call your credit card company and stop payment immediately!!!

If I learn anything that will be helpful to the rest of you, I'll post it here.
