Ordered 400.00 worth of dvds. Received all. Were from china. All were copied. Poor quality. Cant even view most. No volume on half of them. Sent over 15 emails to the company with no response

Ordered dvd sets from this company. Spend over 400.00. Received the dvds. They were from china, had to sign for them at the post office.
Dvds were stacked in a box with no cases, etc.
All were recorded either off of the television or from other dvds (this is pyracy by the way)
most had no volume. Poor picture quality. Commericals during shows. No picture on some.

Sent over 20 emails to the company from their webpage as well as from my personal email. Have gotten no response and its been almost a week. They have a strict 14 day return policy. How can you return with no address or contact info?

Something needs done about this. Its ridiculous.
