Ruined another christmas 2009 & got $2832 from me

I began the loan process on 12/1/09... On this South Alliance Financial Group Loan of mine that allegedly finally closed on 12/23/09 that never put any money in my bank account...& I wired them money in good faith for monetary collateral & for an insurance policy as requested by them after countless phone calls I made to them dating their answering machine leaving hundreds of messages...
And when they were good & ready they would finally return my call and then they always had more excuses why the loan was not closed yet due to meetings, their Christmas Party, a computer bug in their system...
The last phone call I got from them was on 12/28/09 and the gentleman stated your loan was canceled today 12/28/09 due to the foul ups on our end...& I immediately interrupted him & said that my loan was closed by Larry Brown on 12/23/09.. This gentleman disregarded anything & everything I tried to tell him... He continued on with... You will get a full refund of your money you wired to us plus the Western Union sending fees and you will see the money in your bank acct on 1/7/10...
I waited till 1/7/10.. The money did not post. I have checked my acct numerous times since then & still no $2834 from them... I tried calling them many many times since the 7th of Jan & my phone call to them immediately goes to a busy signal... I am now taking the necessary measures to protect my identity... Because these people have vital information on me... And yes it was the sadest Christmas of my life...
Due to giving my money to this fine organization... I am behind on all bills including my rent... And my landlord served me with an eviction notice to be out of his house this Saturday 1/23/10
Admin notes: this company's emails reflect their address as 8245 Peachtree Center Avenue NE Atlanta Georgia 30303 contrary to what their website says 245 Peachtree Center Avenue NE Atlanta Georgia 30303//you also had to send your wired monies to Canada... Not really sure why??? //my loan officer was Ms Kate Langford Ext 154
