Rip off loan company

I did not even apply for a loan with this company and i have never heard of them. I got a call the other from a gentleman saying i was approved for a 5000.00 dollar loan. He faxed me over paperwork and informed me of all of the terms and conditions, even gave me a legit web address.
I have searched for this company high and low and cannot fine the address, loan company or any other information about this group. The "loan officer" who contacted me gave me an offer that i almost couldn't refuse... Until he said i have to put money down for the loan but wouldn't have to make a payment for 6 months because it was a secure loan. Ha!
This is not the first time this has happend to me. I don't know how they get your information but be careful... Scams are everywhere!
