Charged $70 in overdraft fees before Netflix payment was due

I joined Netflix using my debit card, and my payment does not come out until the 27th of January. My bank, BB&T, charged me 70.00 in overdraft fees, which I had to pay or be charged 30.00 more on top of that. I called on the 20th and they said I had 10.00 in my account after they took their 70.00 out of my 80.00 dollar deposit that I made on the 19th of January. They told me on the 19th that Netflix already had their money, and if that was true, I would not have a balance of 10.00. I was negative 79.87 on the 19th and now I am 10.00 to the good?

A lot of people have to live off their disability checks all month long, and BB&T is taking their money. Something needs to be done about the BB&T owner.
