Netflix ripoff false advertisement, poor customer service Nationwide Internet

I signed up for the so called 14 day free trial since the terms and conditions said that my debit card would not be charged before the trial was up. I checked my bank account the same day and low and behold they had charged me $19.79, causing my bank account to become overdrawn, and overdraft fees were posted to my account, on top of that.

I gave netflix a try a long time ago, and now i recall why i did not continue with them. Customer service is poor, dvd quality is really poor since the dvd's are usually damaged upon arrival, and the turnaround time that is takes to recieve the next dvd in your queue is extremely slow. I do not reccommend this company to anyone. It is no wonder why blockbuster online is doing so well now.
