Company sells broken parts and labels them as "used"

I purchase a gear for a IROBOT roomba 400 from this company and they sent me a totally unuseable broken one. I understood that the part they were selling me was "used and would show signs of wear" but the part me sent me was broken. They also charged me over $11 to ship a part smaller and lighter than a dime. Their customer service is terrible and I do not do not advise anyone to purchase from them or have their roombas repaired by them either. They made no attempt to resolve this matter!
