Ripoff sells defected and broken parts send wrong colors

This company is a scam, they sell defected and broken parts, they don't send the right colors, they offer warranties and then don't honor the warranty. Dont purchase from these companies.

Purchase scooter, ordered black and was sent silver, recieved it broken, the frame is plastic and it was broken, the plastic carrying box hindges were broken. Called company to advise and told me sorry nothing they can do, even though I bought a warranty.

Now I have to file a claim with dhl, I've also trying to contact the actual manufacturer whos customer service always out to lunch. Still trying to resolve.
