I ordered an item from a website with a seemingly US origin (www.louis-outlet-sale.com). I received the wrong item and found out that it was actually shipped from China. The payment services were GZ CHEAPENTAGE NET S&T CO., LTD. The "Seller's" email is topfad@163.com and "contact way" is 15812408328,1501338377. The other email that was provided for product/service problems is: csreason@95epay.com. I made several attempts at sending emails to every one of these contacts regarding how to resolve the problem. When sending to the csreason@95epay.com address, I recieved an automated response stating that I will be contacted within 24 hours. None have replied.

I do have telephone numbers for customer support which I haven't tried since they are international numbers. The call center number is: 86-13710197631. There is an additional number which is: 86-020-38886114

Since my purchase was made rather hastily because it was to be a gift, I never really investigated the website. Upon browsing the website/storefront, I've noticed that many of the links do not work or take you to the top of the page instead of providing useful information such as: shipping and returns. My estimation is that this site is solely designed to rip off consumers.
