After paying upfront to MaxPayments, consider yourself fortunate to hear from them again unless they want more money.
Kelly and crew were available by IM and phone, and very friendly until we needed them to perform the services they were paid for.
They held an extraordinary balance of funds inappropriately, and their "legal department" began avoiding our counsel's correspondence after things went south.
I'm now left with moving on with a five-figure loss, or filing civil action. I chose to post here on RoR and try to warn others.
Bottom line, they didn't perform the services they were paid for - and left our business high and dry without credit card processing. This is not who you want to do business with.
