Avoid this company

An inspector, who was really a sales person, came to my place in early April, and contracted to performed termite and routine pest services. I was given the option to pay the sales rep that day or pay the techicians when they arrived.in my stupidity, I trusted the sales rep and prepaid almost $500.00 for the services. On the appointed day and time, no one arrived to performed the services. I called the office and was told by "my" service rep that no one was available - that someone had come out the previous week to perform the initial services, which was not my scheduled appointment day or time. I have sent certified letters to the ABC Pest Pool and Lawn requesting the return of my funds, but they have chosen to ignore my correspondence. I am now preparing documents to file a legal action against this company for breach of contract and return of my funds.
