Jenni Chau stole hundreds of thousands of dollars from many victims by running many fraudulent businesses

All her fraudulent acts including

Selling a failing business by delivering false documents
She tried to sell her failing business to several parties including myself by presenting some false documents with inaccurate numbers. She is still being sued.in her deposition with videotape recording, she admitted her frauds - numbers in her document was inaccurate and she consciously knew that those documents were inaccurate when she presented the documents to the sellers.

False advertising on her re-labeled products
All freaking bamboo products are private label from a company called professional solutions but Jenni Chau lied and falsely claimed that she formulated them. She lied in a letter by stating "the products that she invented"

Breach of Contracts
She breached the contracts and tried to steal other successful businesses by illegally evicted commercial sub-tenants. She also harassed the sub-tenant's employees with her abusive attitude.

Being sued and file personal bankruptcy to escape her liability
She was being sued and eventually filed personal bankruptcy in July.

Blame her weak lawyer Carver Farrow for the outcome of lawsuit and suggested the other party to go after her lawyer for a malpractice suit.in her bankruptcy document, it stated that she owed a legal fee of $26,000 and listed the law firm as a creditor.
