Corrupt attorney involved in business fraud, scam with a crook Jenni Chau

In May I paid Carver Farrow $2500 to draft a business asset sale contract between me and Jenni Chau. Jenni said that Carver is the only attorney that she would use so we have to hire him for this contract.

The contract was drafted and signed by both parties. Carver and Jenni both said that if the seller refused to sell the business to the buyer, all the payment made by the buyer by installments are refundable. Carver also assured me that there would be a clean transcation with no drama.

In August Jenni disputed the business asset sale agreement after cashing a total amount of $43,000 Jenni asked me to seek settlement through Carver Farrow. I was told by Jenni that Carver was on vacation and asked me to call his hotel number. I called Carver and he refused to pick up the call.

Till today December no refund was made. I sent letters and emails, no response from Carver and Jenni. Jenni is doing something very wrong and now she is hiding behind his crooked attorney Carver. They both gave me the hint like: go ahead and sue me if you want your money back! They are holding the money that I entitled to $43,000 for over 4 months.

I also learnt that Jenni cut Carver a huge check in the summer of 2007 to register some trademarks like lipX and eyeX... Who would trademark something like that? I highly suspect that Jenni and Carver both cheated on my money and splitted the money together.

In my opinion, Carver and Jenni both created a local scam and pretended to sell a fraudulent business to someone, cashed the money and disappeared! Do not buy any business from both Carver and Jenni! Beware!
