I have bought 2000 sq. Ft of broad bamboo floor and cut components from www.FloorUS.com (additionally they market on ebay). 2.5 weeks and 20 emails afterwards - no bamboo floor with no reimbursement. I am along the way of attempting to work out how to obtain a reimbursement of nearly $7,000.00 from their website.
The organization is dishonest. Don't purchase from their website.
