Vizio customer support may be the worse that I've actually handled. I purchased from Costco and lastly I chose to substitute it having a Sony. I had beennot requesting my money-back, I simply needed them to repair it. They explained I'd to connect a DVD involved with it, I actually donot possess a DVD, therefore the customer support explained togo use one from the friend. What fools. The final moment i talked using the customer support division they explained to obtain a new comcast box. It should be comcast since I have possess the same issue with various containers. NEVER GET ONE, actually after I was within the shop yesterday i spoke 2 people out-of purchasing one.
