Purchased a Vizio 47" television for holiday a year ago and today just eight weeks later it's began to change itself down and restart since, when I was informed by Vizio it isn't operating at optimum efficiency. Therefore every couple of minutes, it today becomes down and reboots. After I approached Vizio I had been informed this was a recognized concern plus they were focusing on the issue, nonetheless they didn't understand once the concern could be set. With extra dialogue using the tech-support individual, we discovered our television was switching down quicker than it will despite this known problem. So we'd to setup a scheduled appointment to possess it set which may be everywhere from 5-8 times! Therefore today I've a wall design to check out while I watch for Vizio to perhaps resolve this problem with my television! There customer support people terrible and that I WOn't purchase another Vizio item again.
